Create fine mists. by screwing the nozzle inwards. restricting product flow or create a more textured finish by adjusting the nozzle outwards. increasing the flow of product. Working pressure 40-60 PSI.

The included wands improve your ability to reach hard to reach places such as inside doors. beams. rocker panels or other cavities. The Rustproofing wand (RA1RPW) is designed to atomize cavity coating in hollow beams. cavities. and inside doors. The wand has 6 small holes in the tip. Not suitable for spraying under coatings.The Undercoating wand (RA1UCW) is helpful in the application of undercoating in hard to reach places i.e. behind mufflers and around exhaust pipes. The wand has 1 larger hole in the tip.To install the optional rust proofing wand (item # RA1RPW) or undercoating wand (item # RA1UCW). unscrew the nozzle from the gun then screw the wands into the gun and replace with the appropriate wand.

The gun body is brass. aluminum plunger 6 1/2 in long. aluminum tank holds 1 liter of undercoating or rustproofing liquids. with a solvent-resistant cover and boynet seal. It also features a solvent resistant vinyl tank connector.

Every Chemicar undercoating gun is made in Italy and individually tested to ensure proper performance.
