The pads in this kit are not general or ?all purpose? polishing pads. They are professional grade 5 inch 6mm thick diamond polishing pads. BR diamond pads have been manufactured with advanced hard bond resin matrix to maximize life when used on abrasive concrete surfaces. Above normal concentration of premium diamond enable faster stock removal speeds and quicker overall polishing results while maximizing pad life. When used in sequence from 50 grit to 3000 grit  diamond polishing pads will create a remarkable polished concrete surface.
