| Recommended Use | The milling slides are an attachment to perform a milling operation on a lathe machine. They are usually mounted on the cross slide holding the intended work piece across the axis of the revolving cutting tool bit to achieve the required cutting operation. The milling slides can be used with the clamping jaws or also a steel vice can be clamped removing them to hold a work piece in order to do the required job. In few cases. the user may not be able to mount it directly on his/ her lathe cross slide. That may need some additional drilling or making a jig in order to mount it. |
